(Key words): United States Army Corps of Engineers project managers, engineers and civil contractors redirected Clover Creek beneath the new McChord Field airfield bridge on Joint Base Lewis-McChord Jan. 12 to 14. Marine vet among 3 militia members charged with plotting Capitol breach
