Description
The Outlet Collection Seattle, located in Auburn, Washington, is a premier shopping destination that has evolved significantly since its opening in August 1995 as the SuperMall of the Great Northwest. This transformation from a traditional mall into a modern outlet collection has made it a key retail spot in the Puget Sound region.

Originally opened with a robust lineup of anchor stores and attracting over 14 million visitors in its first year, the mall has undergone several changes in its tenant mix and structure over the years. It was rebranded in May 2012 to better reflect its emphasis on offering a variety of outlet stores to customers. Today, the mall is anchored by major brands such as Burlington, Nordstrom Rack, and Dave & Busters, with recent additions like a Best Buy Outlet. The facility also houses a Walmart Supercenter and Regal Cinemas, enhancing its appeal as a family-friendly destination.

Spanning approximately 943,273 square feet, The Outlet Collection Seattle is the largest fully enclosed outlet mall in the Pacific Northwest. It features a diverse mix of over 130 stores, including a mix of market-exclusive brands and locally-owned specialty shops (Outlet Collection Seattle). The mall's location at the intersection of State Route 18 and State Route 167 ensures it remains highly accessible, benefitting from the visibility and traffic of thousands of vehicles daily (Washington Prime Group).

The Outlet Collection Seattle is not just about shopping; it's a community hub that hosts more than 10 events annually, catering to diverse interests ranging from cultural festivals to holiday celebrations (Outlet Collection Seattle). For families, it offers amenities like kiddie rides, a play area, and a nursing lounge, ensuring a comfortable shopping experience for all ages (Outlet Collection Seattle).

Accessibility is a key focus, with electric vehicle charging stations and wheelchair-accessible facilities ensuring that all visitors have convenient access to the mall's offerings. Additionally, the mall is proactive in its community engagement, hosting events and supporting local businesses and artists, particularly evident in its celebration of Black History Month and support for local black-owned businesses (Outlet Collection Seattle) (Wikiwand).

As a significant player in the local economy, The Outlet Collection Seattle attracts not only locals but also tourists, driven by its proximity to attractions like the Muckleshoot Casino Resort and the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The mall's trade area includes a large industrial base, which includes major employers like Boeing and the Safeway Distribution Center, contributing to a robust local economy (Washington Prime Group).

In summary, The Outlet Collection Seattle stands out as a comprehensive shopping and leisure destination, reflecting the dynamic nature of retail and community engagement in the modern era. Its continued evolution and adaptation to consumer needs and economic trends exemplify its role as a cornerstone of retail in the Auburn area.

My first time coming here. I love this outlet all my favorite brand name stores are here. Next time I roll through I'm really going to go in debt. Haha kidding, maybe not?

I like coming here because they are much closer to me. The store thy I like are there but wish Sephora was there as well! Parking is plentiful. Enough stores to choose from and not that crowded is what I like!

We always go here whenever we can't go to seattle premium outlet or in Oregon woodburn . They don't have as much as of an options but they do have a big food court and Dave and buster.

I've been to this mall several times and have always found a bargain. All I can say is 60%off Eddie Bauer and we're friends. It's always a hit here never a miss.

This mall is weirdly a special gem and totally underrated. Are usually just come here while I'm waiting for my tires to be done at discount tire. But last night I met my friend here for some mall walking. I noticed that they added ping pong tables. We had so much fun on our walk. They also have this really cool place I saw inside that was like an arcade and I saw a happy family playing Nerf tag. They looked like they were having a great time. It looks really fun. There were several play areas for kids. They also have a paint and sip style place set up.They added an Ashley furniture which I really appreciate. But the store I usually stop and almost always buy something in his AéRopostale. I highly recommend. And the best part is it's rarely crowded (unlike Marysville Outlets) and never creepily empty like other malls.
