Domino's Pizza

Okay so there were two problems on this pizza.

The first one doesnt matter as much to me because it's only a "Cut". I ordered it to be in a pie cut not square but she mistakenly cut it in square. I was cool and don't mind it at all.

But the second one happened when I looked at my order. I specifically requested "EXTRA" meat and believe it or not, Domino's "CHARGED" me extra for the meat. I was cool and decided to pay almost 2 dollar extra for it. But guess what, when I opened it, I saw it, I immediately felt super disappointed. When the dude asked the girl if she put extra meat, there was a second delay on her answer and she proceeded to say "Yes", even though I knew she probably 'DIDNT READ' the instruction clearly. She already missed the "CUT", it only makes sense that she would miss the 'EXTRA MEAT' on the pizza.

I know I ordered it through a 7.99 coupon (ended up paying almost 11 bucks) but if you guys are so petty about a coupon order and Im complaining about the competence of the worker over something so simple, then you guys are better shut down the business. There is a reason why Quality Checks are required. Dont take night shift if it disrupt your work focus.

This is the reason why I have been going to MOD Pizza for the past 2 months and tonight was the first time I came back to Domino's, and again only for myself to be so disappointed.

The customer service here is horrible they argue with you with as if they have stock in the company but yet they mess up your order and over cook it, burn it, or make it look just un-editable, they REFUSE to give you there name and keep tabs in there Computer when you have a legitimate complaint on the customer if you have a phone number, and if they messup your order they REFUSE to give you a refund, or they give your order away to someone else. than your told were training new employees but are upset cause you let them know Geez I should have posted a comment like 3 orders Ago, Fellow Yelpers Don't Let This Happen to you its your Money and spend it on a place that Deserves it.
Customer Service needs serious Overhaul and Training Employees on How to make and pre food as well

Future Customer Beware

My pizza is burnt. Very hard to get ahold of them with situations like this. They never answer their phone. I would like a free pizza because this is ridiculous.....

THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!
I put in an order last night for delivery that was not delivered at all. The tracker was marked ¨COMPLETE¨ when I had not received any food or phone call or text at all. They charged me for the order delivery yet received no food. I called the store when they opened and asked for the food to be delivered and was told they could not do that because they cant see my order. After telling them I have it on the app, they said they can deliver my food because it was from yesterday. How are you able to charge my card in seconds, but when I ask for the food I paid for, you can't deliver it. This store constantly messes up orders and takes so long until the point your food is ice cold and needs to be re-heated. WHY ARE THEY ON POST!!!???

Order took a long time to actually be delivered, when arrived the lady was rude to my husband and shoved off the pizza and left without wanting a signature/we were still going to tip for the delivery service. Food was cold.

Updated: my husband got a pizza and one of the pastas, he just opened it up to a spoonful of sauce with mostly burnt noodles.

Maybe not the best choice for pizza but always super quick with delivery and always satisfies, especially if you live on post! You can also track the progress of your food when ordering online; don't forget to take advantage of their available coupons like their "choose any 2 items for $6.99" deal. No lie, I heard my door bell ring within 30 minutes of ordering!

Food was bomb although the stuffed cheesy bread was pretty greasy underneath and saltier than I remember. They did step up their pie game though! Made with fresh dough and two layers of cheese in every bite. It was soft with a crispy crust and not overloaded with sauce. It wasn't dry either and there was a decent pizza-topping to pizza ratio.

P.S. - there is a delivery fee of about $5, but no biggie if you're too lazy to get out the house and just tryna chill.

Service has improved so my review has also. Always consistent with food taste and quality I am glad things are improving.

By far the worst service and pizza I have ever had from dominos. I ordered a large hand toss pizza and it came out like flatbread and tasted and felt like it was three weeks old and they just microwaved it. It was absolutely terrible

If their was a option of no star, this would get it. One female with tattoo didn't feel like she work there & doesn't understand what "PAN TOSS" is. Then waiting to make it was long after it was wrong

I order dominos frequently. The one time I order over phone was the WORST experience. I asked the guy to give me a minute to find my card and he responded "I have a lot of things to do". AND THEN HE HUNG UP.
