Jimmy John's

Just one employee makes this a horrible experience every time they are working. It is bipolar atmosphere with what appears to be employees stealing from the company since they seem to over charge and charge extra every time I order here. I'm officially done with this establishment. There is a gremlin behind the counter that chooses what is complimentary, and they don't follow the proper recipe in making the sandwiches and leaving out some of the meat, I'm always missing two slices of tomatoes. Seems to be very discriminative and not the Jimmy John's I'm use to.

They have a sign "no sandwich too fancy" but yet it just seems too complicated every time.

This location leaves out parts of your Order and will only help after giving you a hard time. Also your sandwiches will be made messy and wrong, like if you make modifications they don't read it and just make the sandwich the normal way. The delivery is always fast but my order has either arrived wrong or missing half my stuff. I've had to call about 3 out of 5 orders I've made to tell them they left out things I paid for or that my sandwich wasn't made right. Overall the food is good when they actually read how you order it and it's convenient to have it come to me.

Insane. $18 for a sandwich, cookie, and small drink. Y'all wild if you think that's normal. Not to mention the drink had no syrup in it so big shoutout for the carbonated water. Homie at the speaker is honestly a real G, but otherwise y'all do a disservice.

What a bipolar place to come. It's very obvious that this location is completely understaffed and overwhelmed by online orders and deliveries.
If you plan on ordering online or ordering a delivery, everything will be great.
But if you plan on coming in...I would rethink it.
We pulled into the drive though and were told "one moment please" , 10 minutes pass and a line is forming behind us. We asked again if we could place our order, and we're told "just a minute". Now the cars behind us are honking at us because they assumed the problem is us. We pulled off and my husband decided to get something else to eat. I got on the app and ordered for delivery. The delivery driver arrived only moments after we made it back home.
Their priority is on online , or prepaid orders. If you aren't doing one of those , prepare to wait.

Quick service and good quality sandwich.
I had one of the new sandwiches with roast beef and blue cheese crumbles, it was better than I had expected.

This place was so disappointing as disgusting. It smelled like a sweaty armpit when walking inside and it was so dirty. The sandwich bar where they make the food had stuff all over it - things of meat on it, not in its case at all. I even mentioned it to the guy taking my order and he could have cared less.

I got my sandwich and dumped it in the garbage. The meat on the counter was behind the sign. I was trying to be discreet

I used to love this Jimmy Johns.. but after tonight NEVER again.
Opened my sandwich, right as I was about to take a bite I noticed something red on the bun. Thought it was a tomato stain so I (stupidly) wiped it.
Put the sandwich down to open the lid for my kickn ranch.. and BAM... drop of blood on the wrapper...
At this point I'm freaking out and trying to figure out a reasonable explanation.
Tried out my tomato theory and wiped tomato juice on the wrapper to see if it would stain the same.
NOPE.
My husband called to let them know. They said it was because of roast beef juice.
I didn't order roast beef..
They sent a new sandwich and took back the old one.
Probably not going to eat the new one because I'm just feeling super grossed out.

If I get some sort of verification that it could be any other plausible thing besides blood I'll apologize ahead of time for this rant and ramble.

But until then... gross

The Manager Leah does not operate a functional nor productive store. It's quicker to order via app than be ignored in the store! Once your stale "Frenchi" order is pulled from the fridge premade you are painfully aware this location is awful! Not fresh and no where close to fast!

I've ordered from this JJs several times for both pick up and delivery and have always received polite service and a quality sandwich. The store is clean, but it's a little chaotic with all the kids working there, they are fast and respectful though. They will deliver as little as one sandwich for a small delivery fee which is nice when only one person at the office wants JJs for lunch. Overall, good location with a nice staff and quality sandwiches.
