Seller was prompt & responsive. They did a ton of work to get the photo looking exactly how I wanted. I encountered a printer error - which the seller quickly resolved. I love my poster 💙 and also ordered a mug, which was gifted to my in-laws (so I don’t have a photo) but it looks perfect and they loved it! Items arrived just in time for Christmas. I will be shopping at this store again!

Hi! First, thank you for stopping by my shop. I really love what I do and I am so excited to see and hear about your pet!

The most important part of your order, crucial to the quality of the final portrait, is the quality of the image that you send us. Have a look at these tips to make sure your final result is as good as it can be!

Take a photo or choose an existing photo taken in daylight or in a brightly lit room.

Make sure your pet’s whole face and neck are visible and not in shadows.

Please avoid photos with filters.

Make sure that your pet is looking at the camera and that the camera is at eye level. Other positions can work, but remember that your pet’s position in the photo will be their position in the final product.

By request, I can do my absolute best to remove collars/leashes from your pet but it will be the most accurate if you remove the collar before taking the picture.

If you’re not sure whether your images will work, just send me a message! I love talking with clients about their outstanding pets! I can't wait to create something special with you.
