We offer two main styles of classes: Original Hot - the 26 posture 2 breathing exercise hot yoga so many people swear by, and the Vinyasa style, where you are likely to be moving with your breath through postures like upward facing dog and downward facing dog, but the sequence of postures changes from class to class. We also offer Yin classes, and other styles too. Most of our teachers have between 10 - 20 years experience, so you are in good hands no matter what class you choose.
