We came to tacomas best piercing on a Sunday for a walk in but they ended up being busy, so we scheduled for the next day in the morning!! Everything went so smooth, all their staff was so kind and welcoming! All staff is very knowledgeable on their jewelry and also will let you hold certain jewelry pieces up to where you want to get pierced to see what it would look like! Eloise was so funny and made me feel less scared to get the piercing. Eloise was very detailed about what they were going to do and when they were going to do it, the whole experience was quick and easy and POSITIVE! I love my piercings so much!! This place is the best place to go! They are professional and the jewelry is amazing. I took my daughter for a helix.piercing and they were very careful and explained all the aftercare. Her piercing is healing really well. We will come back for sure and we live 30min north but it's worth the drive. I promise.

Been wanting to do a jewelry change for my rook and tragus piercings for a while now. I've had these piercings for about 7-8 years and never got them changed out. I found and bookmarked this shop a few days ago based on the great reviews, then was able to get a last minute same-day appointment today. The woman at the reception desk was great with helping me find earrings in my price range and style preference. Fez ended up being the person who did my jewelry change and she was awesome! Very warm, professional, and gentle with the whole process. My piercings were challenging to get out but she got the job done! Thanks to Fez and the other employee who helped give my ear a cute makeover! I'm so happy with the result.
